Red Ribbon Club
The Red Ribbon Club has been running in the college for a long time, its main purpose is to create awareness and prevention of terrible diseases like AIDS. A group of 50 students has been formed in the club. The group conducts awareness rallies in different villages by the students to create awareness about various dreaded diseases. The government also provides financial assistance to our college for the Red Ribbon Club every year, which is used by the club to conduct various activities.

NCC
Jasmer Singh Jaijee College is proud to be the home of 14 Punjab Battalion NCC, Nabha. From its inception in 2017, the NCC programme has grown in popularity and, as of 2024, the strength of the battalion is 54 men and women students of the college.
Through participation in camps and projects conducted throughout the year, cadets learn valuable skills as well as the habits of discipline, persistence, responsibility and teamwork. These skills and habits stand them in good stead in their careers. Many of 14 Punjab Battalion’s cadets have been recruited in the Indian Army, paramilitary forces and the Punjab Police.

14 Punjab Battalion was delighted when the Indian Army recruited two of its cadets. The cadets were honored in a special function held at the college.

NSS
More than 200 students are participating in the college’s two NSS units. The units are led by Dr Reeta Rawat and Prof. Kulwinder Singh.
This year’s annual week-long NSS camp held from November 4 to 10 had two themes: environmental protection and healthy living. Specifically, NSS volunteers focused Tree plantation; Conserving ancient trees; The hazards of stubble-burning; Adopting habits for a healthy life including Exercise, especially yoga Avoiding addictions

Youth Welfare Club
The Youth Welfare Club gives students a chance o express their talents, use their leisure constructively and achieve all-round development — moral, mental, social and physical. The club organizes trips, cultural, literary and art/craft competitions, and lectures.
The biggest event of the year is the Youth Festival. It is organized on a university-wide basis and brings together the most talented students from the 274 colleges affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala. This year the three-day event was held on [DATE] on the campus of [VENUE].
